Frequently Asked Questions
Our semi-permanent hair color may exhibit slight color variations between different batches. This often occurs during manufacturing due to variations in the coloring of certain ingredients, especially natural ones, which can change with the seasonality of raw materials. Additionally, fine adjustments during production may also affect the color.
It is important to emphasize that we implement strict quality control through daily technical analyses to ensure that any variations remain within acceptable limits. This considers the expected natural variation in color and shade of pigments throughout the product’s lifespan. Furthermore, factors such as transportation and storage can also contribute to color variation.
Despite these minor differences, we want to assure you that we maintain the product’s quality within acceptable quality control standards. We are committed to providing an effective product that meets expectations, even considering the normal nuances of the manufacturing process.

No, it doesn’t. Our product does not contain ammonia, peroxide, or parabens.
Unfortunately, no! As it is a semi-permanent hair color mask without ammonia, it does not have the ability to lighten hair. However, you can use the color Black Widow to add luster to your hair.
Yes, to use vibrant colors, you need to bleach your hair! To ensure maximum pigmentation of the semi-permanent hair color masks, your hair should be bleached and uniform. The lighter the strands, the more vibrant the color will be. If your hair is uneven, there is a high chance that the color will also appear patchy, so make sure your base is as uniform as possible. It’s best to have the bleaching process done by a trusted professional.
It depends! If your hair is naturally light, at a level 6 or above, some colors may work, but it’s not guaranteed. Even if they do deposit color, it will fade more easily because the hair cuticles are closed. Therefore, always perform a strand test first to ensure that the result is what you desire. Remember that each hair is different and unique, so the results achieved by others with similar hair who used the same product may vary for you.
Not necessarily, it will depend on the condition of your hair and the color you want to achieve. If you just want to maintain the vibrancy of your red or change the nuances, you can simply use the semi-permanent hair color masks without needing to bleach it first. Keep in mind that you will still need to touch up your roots normally with conventional dye (with ammonia) and use the semi-permanent hair color masks to refresh the color and add shine to your hair.
You absolutely cannot do that!
No! Our product cannot be mixed with other chemical products.
We do not recommend and cannot guarantee pigmentation if diluted in regular diluting cream. We have our own product, The Rainbow Diluter, which has the same base as the semi-permanent hair color masks but without the pigment, so it will help with dilution without interfering with pigmentation.
Almost all of them. Only a few colors should be applied undiluted, such as: Capybara, Black Widow, and Polar Bear. But don’t forget to do a strand test first to ensure that the result you achieve is what you desire.
Pink Dolphin (pink), Carp (orange), Mantis (green), and Firefly (yellow).
The standard is 5 to 25 washes, but on some hair, it can last much longer. The product may cling to the hair, so it is necessary to remove the color with Clarifying Shampoo.
It doesn’t wash out in water, but it fades more easily in the sea, pool, and hot/warm water.
Yes! The strand test is essential; it will help you ensure that the result you achieve is what you desire.
It is necessary to use gloves when applying the product. We recommend that the product not be removed while bathing, as there is a risk of staining the skin.
Our product has no contraindications for use in children and adolescents; we have young clients who dye their hair. However, as a precaution, we recommend that you take the product’s ingredients to your doctor for approval before use.
We have no contraindications, but we always recommend that you consult your doctor to ensure everything is okay and that you are cleared to use it. If the doctor gives the green light, just jump to the rainbow!
No! Our product was developed for use on humans.
Yes, it can be used undiluted or diluted. But regardless of the method you choose, it’s always important to perform a strand test beforehand to ensure that the result you achieve is what you desire.
The Rainbow Diluter is the base of our product, but without pigment. It was created to dilute our product, ensuring that the pigmentation will not be affected. As a multifunctional cream, it can be used not only as a diluter but also as a moisturizing cream and styling cream. It is suitable for co-washing.
